Ukrainians in the Czech Republic raised nearly $19,000 to help a war veteran choreographer obtain a prosthesis. Yevhen Skripnichuk lost his leg during a combat mission in Chasiv Yar, Donetsk region. Before the war in Ukraine, he taught children and trained adults in a dance studio.
