In the morning, Russian troops dropped 250-kilogram bombs on the town of Kostiantynivka in Donetsk Oblast, according to the regional military administration and the prosecutor's office. At 8:50 AM, the Russian army carried out two air strikes on the town, hitting densely populated residential areas.
