Russians have launched a full-fledged railroad connection between Rostov-on-Don, Mariupol, Volnovakha, and Donetsk, the Mariupol City Council reported. The railroad was built to shorten the route for delivering military equipment from Rostov-on-Don to Mariupol and beyond.
