It’s just a matter of time that they cut Ukraine off from Starlink (fully paid by U.S. Congress-approved budget, over 40,000 Ukrainian users and non-Ukrainian backers, including private individuals), regardless of whether Ukraine signs any bonded rare earth contacts etc.
