France, Germany, Italy, Spain and EU chief oppose asset transfer to Ukraine

France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen are against the transfer of Russian frozen assets to Ukraine. They are afraid of losing their "leverage" over Russia during the negotiations, Politico reports.
