The Administrative Court of Cassation of the Supreme Court of Ukraine dismissed businessman Ihor Kolomoisky's appeal against nationalization of PrivatBank, the bank's press service reports. Thus, the court confirmed the impossibility of returning PrivatBank to its former owners.
