The Cabinet of Ministers issued a decree that either the First Deputy PM, Economy Minister Yulia Svyrydenko, or Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha will sign the minerals agreement with the United States, according to the order dated February 26, which was signed by PM Denys Shmyhal.
