Why is Putin lying about alleged "thousands of encircled Ukrainian soldiers" in the Kursk region, when even Z-propagandists are directly writing that they don't actually exist?
The answer is suggested by the Z-propagandists themselves.
Putin will now magnanimously "agree" to release these non-existent thousands of encircled soldiers.
