Czech President Petr Pavel was in Odesa on a visit. During his meeting with Ukrainian officials, Russians massively attacked the city, as reported by Pavel himself, as well as Oleksiy Kuleba, Minister for Communities and Territories Development, and regional governor Oleh Kiper.
