In occupied Primorsk, Zaporizhzhia region, Russian forces renamed a street in honor of convicted criminal Vladlen Tatarsky (Maxim Fomin) from Makeevka, who was sentenced for robbery. In 2014, DNR militants captured the prison where Vladlen Tatarsky was serving his sentence and recruited him into their 'militia'.
