Ukraine's representative in PACE (Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe) turned out to be a representative of russia. Yulia Lyovochkina voted in @PACE_News for russia's return and for a "new sanctions procedure" that actually lifts sanctions on the russian federation.
