The head of the Sumy Oblast Military Administration, Volodymyr Artyukh, was dismissed. Bulgaria decided not to sell reactors to Ukraine for the Khmelnytskyi Nuclear Power Plant. Ukrainian forces recaptured the village of Dniproenerhiya in Donetsk Oblast.
