APT28 attacked TV5 Monde, targeted media and Ukraine infrastructure

In 2015, APT28 attacked French TV channel TV5 Monde, pretended to be ISIS, and tried to trigger mass panic. The group still targets media and stepped up attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure after Russia’s Feb 2022 invasion. 4/
