Ukraine has restored 1.5 GW of capacity after the Russian attacks. About 1 GW of new generation is planned to be commissioned in 2025; 170 MW is already in operation, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said at a meeting of the Anti-Crisis Energy Headquarters.
