Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will not travel to Istanbul for talks with the Russian side. The Ukrainian delegation, which has the mandate to negotiate the ceasefire, will be represented by Defense Minister Rustem Umerov, Zelenskyy said at a press conference in Turkiye.
