In Sumy, law enforcement officers exposed two teenagers who reported a 'bomb threat' at a school and demanded a $72,232 ransom, the Sumy Oblast Prosecutor's Office reports. The teenagers wrote a text stating that a terrorist group had mined the school with four 6-kilogram RDXs.
