Putin gave Zelensky the authority to attack Russia when he himself invaded Ukraine. Ukraine has a legitimate right to defend itself. Putin has been killing innocent people in Ukraine for 3.5 years. Ukraine did not start this war. Ukraine cannot simply tolerate Russian missiles
