President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed a decree appointing Alyona Getmanchuk as head of Ukraine's mission to NATO, replacing Natalia Galibarenko. @getmalyona is the founder and director of the New Europe Center and a nonresident senior fellow at the @AtlanticCouncil's Eurasia Center.
