Rescuers unblock the body of the 7th victim in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv. According to Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko, the missile that hit the house in Kyiv penetrated it all the way to the basement, the same as in the June 17 strike. There may still be people under the rubble.
