Russia has amassed 111,000 troops near Pokrovsk, Syrskyi says. Pokrovsk remains the "hottest spot" along the front, but Russia has not crossed the administrative border from Donetsk to Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi said.
