The Russians are trying to involve Laos in the war against Ukraine, according to the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. Currently, the Russian Federation is organizing the involvement of a combined unit of engineering troops from the Lao People's Army in the conflict.
