Ukrainian law enforcement authorities have charged Dmitry Patrushev, former Russian Minister of Agriculture and current Deputy Prime Minister, with war crimes in absentia for his alleged involvement in Ukraine, according to the Security Service of Ukraine and the Office of the Prosecutor General.
