President Zelensky awarded the Order of Freedom (posthumously) to Tigran Hovhannisyan and Mykyta Khanganov, two young men from temporarily occupied Berdyansk who fought against the occupiers, killed a Russian soldier and a police collaborator, and were killed in June 2023.
