9/ Fariduni sent the photo and video to Saifullo, and discussed with Rachabalizoda how to carry out the attack. Saifullo ordered them to buy a car, which Fariduni obtained from his sister's husband. Neither Fariduni nor Rachabalizoda had drivers' licences, however.
