Russia's FSB planned to kill Ukrainian 108th Separate Battalion Da Vinci Wolves commander Serhiy Filimonov, according to the SBU and Prosecutor General's Office. The FSB recruited a resident of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, claiming he worked for the SBU, to carry out the assassination.
