August 1 has been declared a Day of Mourning in Kyiv for the victims of the Russian attack, said Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko. Flags on municipal buildings will be flown at half-mast, and national flags are advised to be lowered. All entertainment events in Kyiv are prohibited on Friday as well.
