In Kharkiv, a 3-year-old girl fell out of a window on the fifth floor of a high-rise building. The child survived by landing on an air conditioner on the floor below, regional governor Oleg Synegubov reported. The incident occurred around 8:40 PM on Sunday on Yuvileynyi Avenue.
