Today Russia killed 18 civilians in Kyiv, four of them children.
Moscow says it’s ready for peace. The latest horrific bombardment show just how ready it is. It’s ready to bring Ukrainians to their knees so that they agree to capitulate. Such perception of Ukraine is delusional.
