In Kyiv's Sviatoshynskyi district, a 16-story residential building caught fire on the top floor as a result of a drone debris hitting it. Cars also caught fire, Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko reports. A 9-story building also caught fire. Emergency services have arrived.
