The Kyiv City State Administration rejected a petition to remove an abandoned construction site and fence blocking residents of the Osokorki neighborhood from accessing the metro for the past 10 years. Despite gathering enough signatures, the petition was dismissed on September 12 because Vitaliy Klitschko's signature was required.
