Following the Russian-Belarusian military exercises Zapad-2025, Russian forces are being withdrawn, preparing to leave Belarus and return to Russian territory, said Andriy Demchenko, spokesperson for the State Border Service of Ukraine, at a briefing, as quoted by Radio Liberty.
