Estonian company Milrem Robotics will provide Ukraine with over 150 THeMIS combat ground platforms. The project will be financed and coordinated by the Netherlands, the company writes. The deal was signed on Monday at the VDL factory, with Dutch DM Ruben Brekelmans in attendance
