Rada approved a bill allowing Ukrainian Navy units to be deployed abroad during martial law, MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak said. Submitted by President Zelenskyy, the bill states that soldiers will be sent to Turkiye and UK for training to acquire and master complex military equipment.
