The mineral agreement between Ukraine and the US promotes cooperation, Economy Minister Oleksiy Sobolev told lawmakers. He said that in September, a large US delegation from the Ministry of Finance and DFC visited Ukraine, including the Kirovohrad, Kyiv, and Lviv oblasts.
