On the night of October 23, 2025, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck the "Ryazan" oil refinery. Additionally, on the same night, Ukrainian strike drone systems hit an enemy ammunition depot in the vicinity of the settlement of Valuyki, Belgorod Oblast.
