An excellent decision by the Trump administration to impose sanctions on Russia’s top oil companies. It strikes at Putin, weakens Lukashenko, and limits Moscow’s ability to fund its proxy regime in Minsk. It advances our struggle for democratic change and strengthens independence. THANK YOU
