Excellent by @PhillipsPOBrien Latest US sanctions are not robust enough to change Russian behavior. That only happens if we help Ukraine destroy Russian oil/gas infrastructure and by stopping Shadow Fleet vessels carrying Russian oil illegally thru the Baltic and Black Seas
