Russia has used a 9M729 cruise missile, which it developed in secret, dozens of times against Ukraine. It was because of this missile that US President Donald Trump decided to withdraw from the INF Treaty in 2019, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha told Reuters.
