Following an attack by Ukrainian drones, the port in the Russian city of Tuapse, Krasnodar Krai, has halted fuel exports, Reuters reported, citing its own sources. In addition, a local oil refinery owned by Rosneft has stopped processing crude oil in Tuapse.
