Ukraine is conducting "positive" negotiations on the purchase of Tomahawk missiles and other long-range weapons, even after US President Donald Trump made it clear that he does not want to send them to Kyiv yet, Ukraine's Ambassador to the US Olga Stefanishyna told Bloomberg.
