Last night, Russian forces attacked residential buildings and civilian infrastructure in Ukraine. In Dnipro, a Russian drone damaged a house, killing a woman. Many others were injured. In Kremenchuk and Horishni Plavni, electrical substations were targeted, leaving residents without power.
