Russia's goal is to capture Pokrovsk by December 15 and Kupiansk by the end of the year, according to RBC-Ukraine. As for Pokrovsk now: the south and southwest are under occupiers' control; the center, around the railway, is a gray zone; the north is under the control of the Ukrainian forces.
