IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi hugged Alexey Likhachev, head of Russia's Rosatom, during their meeting in Kaliningrad, Russia. They plan to discuss security issues at the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant and specific joint measures to prevent a nuclear incident. Russia currently occupies the plant.
