Russia has killed Natalia Khodemchuk, the widow of Valerii Khodemchuk—the first victim of the Chernobyl disaster—during the November 14 attack on Kyiv. A Russian drone struck her seventh-floor apartment. Natalia was hospitalized with extensive burns.
