Ternopil citizens remain trapped under rubble. Rescue efforts will continue overnight. As of 8:30 pm, the death toll stands at 26 people, including 3 children (!). A total of 93 people have been injured, including 18 children (!). 55 people have applied for temporary housing. The building on Stusa Street is not salvageable.
