Former Ukrainian Ambassador to the US Oksana Markarova has declined an offer to head the Office of the President instead of Andriy Yermak, a source in the Servant of the People party told hromadske. MP Oleksii Honcharenko earlier claimed that Markarova could replace Yermak.
