China fuels the war. It bought 2 million barrels/day from Russia this year, roughly half of Moscow’s exports. Every tanker that docks in China pumps cash straight into Russia’s war budget. If Beijing keeps buying, sanctions don’t matter and Putin feels nothing. 2/
