Ukraine was not involved in the incident with the Russian tanker Midvolga 2 off the coast of Turkiye in the Black Sea. Russia itself may have staged the incident, Ukraine's MFA spokesman Heorhii Tykhyi said in response to Ankara's earlier report and condemnation of the attack.
