Parliament Passes Ukraine’s 2026 State Budget.
On December 3, the Verkhovna Rada approved Ukraine’s 2026 state budget, with 257 in favor, forecasting UAH 4.78 trillion expenditures and an 18.5% GDP deficit.
But the IMF said it’s not enough for another loan approval.
