In addition to Kyiv, Russia also wants to organize "peaceful protests" in Odesa, Dnipro, Kharkiv, and Mykolaiv. According to him, Russian special services mainly plan to recruit women, incl. mothers of captured and missing Ukrainian soldiers, by offering financial incentives.
